When loading and moving kayaks, we do not always have the convenience of another person around to assist. 

If you do not have your technique sorted, getting a kayak off a roof on your own can result in near decapitation, twisted wrists and pulled shoulders. Avoid the hospital by using this tried-and-tested technique.
